Just Think I.T. will be open and honest on charges before any work is carried out and where possible give you a maximum price for resolving the issue whatever it takes.
We understand that you do not want to spend more on putting a problem right than it would cost to replace the computer. Where it is not feasible or convenient to complete a job on-site we will complete the job off site. We do not charge extra for this service or for taking or returning your equipment.

Fixed Price Rates

Just Think I.T. does not advocate a No Fix-No Fee option for support as everything can be fixed with the right knowledge, up to the point of being uneconomical to repair. Just Think I.T. will give you a price, up to a maximum, for support on a problem.
Do you want someone to spend time in your home or business only to shake their head and walk away leaving you still with a problem to be resolved. With fixed price rates for labour you will know the maximum cost to you for time spent on resolving a computer problem. These rates have been assessed to make even the maximum cost not a prohibitive one.

Any parts that may be required will be quoted for before any further work takes place. You can of course source parts yourself for Just Think I.T. to install, you will, of course, in these instances be responsible for any compatibility issues with your system .

Safe Data

Where major work needs to be undertaken Just Think I.T. will endeavour to back up and restore data whenever possible, all within the normal rates. Just Think I.T. does not subscribe to the "wipe the drive and reinstall" ethos that many so-called experts use as a way to 'fix all'.
Of course, you should always ensure you have a back up of your vital data.

Business users

For the small/ medium businesses Just Think I.T. understands the importance of having your systems back up and running as soon as possible. Just Think I.T. have the experience of having dealt with many 'blue chip' companies.

Parts and Spares

Just Think I.T. are not a reseller, we do not market or sell systems or spares. So if you wish for Just Think I.T. to source spares we will look to find the best price. Helping the user to buy direct wherever possible, or for a modest admin fee we can source the products for you.

Just Think I.T.'s advice on what to buy is based on the needs of the user, not by a profit motive because of an association with any reseller.
